The South African Social Security Agency (SASSA) in Mpumalanga is currently browsing the Fernie 2 Local community Hall in Mpuluzi to render companies on the community.
SASSA might be rendering providers like new social grant applications, change of payment method, client care enquiries, plus the Social Relief of Distress (SRD) COVID-19 grant enquiries.
In a statement, the agency reported it truly is alarmed concerning the superior variety of people relying on social grants for survival.
“The goal of the Integrated Registration Outreach Programme [ICROP] is to reach-out to your higher amount of clients/beneficiaries to access SASSA services.
“This is certainly because of the status sassa lack of infrastructure at Fernie and there's no fully functional office focused on service the area every day. The service position made for intervention experiences a substantial inflow of potential beneficiaries, which makes it hard with the office to attend to all people who pay a visit to a service point.
“In this reach-out programme, SASSA will mobilise additional means to sassa enable the servicing of all consumers and raise usage of Social Assistance solutions,” the agency said.
